We live and work in Codrongianos, Sardinia, a place that people have inhabited for millennia, from the ancient Nuragic civilization to Roman times, Middle Ages up to today.
A generous and welcoming place in which climate, soil and vineyards carefully grown by men give life to high quality wines. Some of our wines have a strong personality and are vigorous, others are elegant and aristocratic, but all of them are developed through maintaining a balance between production systems and respect for the environment.
The balance and the unique olfactory and tasting sensations of our wines evoke Sardinian tradition. Like traditional Sardinian costumes, characterized by vibrant colours and embroidery, our wines are complex but harmonious. When you taste them, your imagination is drawn towards our extraordinary land, laden with the scents of Mediterranean scrub carried on the Mistral, lovingly rocked by marine breezes.

where wine made history
The area of Codrongianos has been inhabited since prehistory, from ancient Nuragic populations through to Roman times. Under Roman domination Codrongianos was known as Castrum Gordianus and was an important stop along the ancient road connecting Sardinia’s two main cities: Cagliari and Porto Torres.
It was also important for wine trading, commodity which was already produced in abundance during the period. Another important monument of this town’s history is the Basilica della Santissima Trinità di Saccargia, built in 1116 by Camaldolese monks and one of the most important examples of Pisan Romanesque architecture in Sardinia, visited by many people every year.
The inhabitants of Codrongianos are proud of their church of great artistic, religious and historic value.

Our winery and vineyards are located in Codrongianos, Sardinia, a 15 minute drive away from the city of Sassari along the SS131 state road. Come and visit us to taste our Vermentino di Sardegna DOC and Cannonau di Sardegna DOC.
